The shine’s barely off our REA award from this summer, and we’re thrilled to have a new one to add to our growing collection! We’ve been presented with (drum roll please…) the Tesla Customer Service Excellence award.

As a Certified Installer for Tesla, we install Tesla Powerwall battery storage to homes across the South West. Battery storage helps to reduce energy bills and reliance on the Grid.
Tesla contact all Powerwall customers directly to gather feedback on how their certified installers are performing, and the Customer Service Excellence award is based on reviews of the entire sales and aftercare process.
About the award
Powerwall customers are asked to provide Tesla with their feedback on sales, survey, delivery and the installation of their product, and they’ve singled out Mole Energy for achieving Customer Service Excellence this month.

The award is the second we’ve scooped this year, as we were also named Best Installer 2019 at the British Renewable Energy Awards in June. Let’s hope we continue to expand our awards corner during 2020…and a big thank you to any of you who voted for us in the Tesla feedback.
