Why Mole Energy A5 Leaflet

Employee Testimonial

“I joined Mole Energy in 2017. I was initially employed as an installer electrician and then moved to our Service and Maintenance Department. I now head up the technical side of our Sales Aftercare Department. I’ve travelled throughout the Southwest, (occasionally further afield). I enjoy visiting different places and meeting interesting people. I like using my mind to overcome technical challenges and know that Mole Energy values my knowledge and expertise and trusts me to do my job.”

Solar PV Installer
“I’ve been working for Mole Energy, as a solar PV installer, for nearly nine years. Prior to that I was a roofer. I travel around the country working on both commercial and residential installations. I like the variety of roofs we work on, from the straightforward tin box profile jobs to the more complicated ones like slate, which are involved and require more technical knowledge. When I first joined the company, I was trained on the job to be solar specific and now enjoy transferring my knowledge and skills onto others. I work with a nice team of people, both out in the field and in the office too.”

Employee Testimonial

“Before I joined Mole Energy, I was a team leader at a local retail outlet. I saw an advert for an Office Administrator on and decided to apply. I’ve been with Mole Energy for just over 14 months and have recently been promoted to Technical Administrator. I enjoy my job. I work with a lovely team of people in a busy office. It’s an interesting role that challenges me. I’ve also been on several training courses, organised by the company, which has really helped me to develop my knowledge and skills.”
